How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are placed in queue when received and processed in that order. Time to process depends on the size and quantity of the order. After it's been created, cleaned and cured it will be ready for shipment. Typically between 14-21 days.
Do you paint or prime the miniatures?
Unfortunately not at this time. However, sometime in the future we will be looking into providing this service.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering items on Etsy. - I received no communication from the seller even a few days prior to the listed arrival date. - I’m pretty sure the seller forgot my order existed. Once I reminded him and questioned about it requesting a refund, he told me the items were done but took 4 days to actually ship the items after the label was created, blaming it on USPS not doing pick ups. - Once I received my item they were missing key parts of the model, the bases, and some of the models were misformed. - After requesting a replacement he only replaced the top half of the model despite it already being glued. “Flukez” is a great name - I guess I can say he delivered on his name.
