How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are placed in queue when received and processed in that order. Time to process depends on the size and quantity of the order. After it's been created, cleaned and cured it will be ready for shipment. Typically between 14-21 days.

Do you paint or prime the miniatures?

Unfortunately not at this time. However, sometime in the future we will be looking into providing this service.

Came packaged very neatly and safely, looks great. No complaints.

Her glasses came in not broken and they don't snap when I poke them! Color me impressed. I had other objects I planned to put in that hand for when they break but I guess I don't have to worry about that after all. :P I usually have no faith in tiny twangy pieces but them glasses are sturdier than 90% of games workshop's entire stock of miniatures. Perfect print with no print lines. Good stuff.
