How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are placed in queue when received and processed in that order. Time to process depends on the size and quantity of the order. After it's been created, cleaned and cured it will be ready for shipment. Typically between 14-21 days.

Do you paint or prime the miniatures?

Unfortunately not at this time. However, sometime in the future we will be looking into providing this service.

Going to post this review to every figure, it’s true for them all. THE BEST RESIN! That should be enough to sell you on Flukez! It has the crisp detail and slight give to it like GW plastic figures. I was nervous buying some of the bigger figures, should not have been…they were great! BEST PACKAGING! The figures with fiddly bits had an induvial packing peanut cut and fitted over the part to protect in shipping. This is in addition to being wrapped in bubble wrap and poly fiber. Amazing, not a single bit of damage. THE BEST PRICE! Seller runs sales with items at least 20% below competitors! Throw in excellent cleanup and very reasonable shipping time just for extra measure!

Truly excellent seller, and easy to work with. I ordered these in a batch of 20 or so prints, requesting a scale down from 32mm to 28mm across a range of different designers and sculpts. Seller worked with me to get the closest possible match of scales, worked out the prints, and shipped them quickly to FPO/DPO. The prints were genuinely excellent quality, not brittle, and very clean. The packing was outstanding, each mini packed to survive -- and a good thing because the box took a beating in transit, with no breakage. I'll be back for more prints, many thanks!
