How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are placed in queue when received and processed in that order. Time to process depends on the size and quantity of the order. After it's been created, cleaned and cured it will be ready for shipment. Typically between 14-21 days.
Do you paint or prime the miniatures?
Unfortunately not at this time. However, sometime in the future we will be looking into providing this service.

I highly recommend this shop! The shipping was fast for such a large order, the models are great quality, and Flukez very carefully packaged literally every single model individually in a manner special to the models pose to reduce chance of breakage during shipping. Thank you very much!
