How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are placed in queue when received and processed in that order. Time to process depends on the size and quantity of the order. After it's been created, cleaned and cured it will be ready for shipment. Typically between 14-21 days.
Do you paint or prime the miniatures?
Unfortunately not at this time. However, sometime in the future we will be looking into providing this service.

Great mini, did come with two right hands, but was easy enough to make it work.

Well made minis packed carefully. Details are like the pictures advertised. Arrived by the estimated delivery date. Might have liked the minis cleaned of the print supports/artifacts a little more but not worth taking a star away from. Had a bonus mini included. Hate to look a gift horse in the mouth, but with my fantasy minis was included a hydroelectric turbine. I’m sure I can just practice painting on it. Again,pleased with my order. Excited to start painting.
