How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are placed in queue when received and processed in that order. Time to process depends on the size and quantity of the order. After it's been created, cleaned and cured it will be ready for shipment. Typically between 14-21 days.
Do you paint or prime the miniatures?
Unfortunately not at this time. However, sometime in the future we will be looking into providing this service.

Everything was so safely packed and secured and the minis came out fantastic and so detailed. My only issue, which I can overlook, was the troll hugging the log. The log is a bit too thick so the hands don’t exactly line up with the wrists when I had to glue it together. It’s close but there is a minor gap
