How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are placed in queue when received and processed in that order. Time to process depends on the size and quantity of the order. After it's been created, cleaned and cured it will be ready for shipment. Typically between 14-21 days.
Do you paint or prime the miniatures?
Unfortunately not at this time. However, sometime in the future we will be looking into providing this service.

I bought six different Combat Robots from this maker and they are all excellent miniatures. Two of them have minor printing flaws but nothing that will be readily visible after painting and assembly. Models to well over a month to arrive from TX to NY but since they are such nice miniatures it was worth the wait for me. :)
